Mindful Movement classes
Through an integrated and flowing practice including breathing (pranayama), meditation (mantras/visualizations) and asanas Elemental movement medicine endeavours to find balance in the Five Elements that we are composed of and that compose the universe; earth, water, fire, air and ether (akash).
Classes are online or in person typically 60 - 90mins and incorporate the principles of Yoga and Qi Gong supported by the underlying knowledge that movement is medicine.
My therapeutic approach
I work with the 5 Elements we are composed of and that occur in nature (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit). Together we work towards balancing these to help achieve Wellness. Ancient medical systems (Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine) and increasingly allopathic (Western) medicine agree that energy flow and balance are key to an organism so it can both heal and prevent itself from injury.

Dr. Olivier Cattin, Myanmar
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle way to allow to rebalance the body with no manipulation. It is helping to unblock the tensions accumulated in our body and reconnect ourselves with our 'true being'.
It is always a great experience to get a treatment and after a few sessions your body existing again, fully connected and the mind at peace.
I highly recommend this technique to adjust to the stressful modern life as well as to treat musculoskeletal tensions and disorders.
I have studied yoga under different teachers using different styles, but elemental yoga movement class, the way it is taught by Daniel makes it easier to access how yoga works. The breathing practice and his connected visualisation meditations combine with the asana practice which is how yoga us meant to be, not only asana for the body but also work on the mind.
I found myself in an utterly blissful state at the end of the session (Craniosacral/Singing Bowls/Ayurvedic massage). I left feeling euphoric and free from all tension. Daniel made a true effort to ensure my wellness and comfort throughout my journey.
I'm grateful to have met such a knowledgable healer in Yangon.
